WagerFlame was built out of frustration.

After nearly a decade working inside the iGaming industry — across CRM, acquisition and player behaviour — I watched the same pattern play out in market after market: affiliate sites selling rankings to the highest bidder, not the most deserving operator. Players trusting “recommended” lists that were really just invoices dressed up as editorial.

Then I looked at Canada.

Canada’s online gambling market is one of the fastest-growing in the world, and one of the most underserved when it comes to honest information. Players are making real financial decisions based on reviews that were bought, not earned.

WagerFlame exists to change that.

What We Do Differently

Every casino, sportsbook and crypto platform reviewed on WagerFlame is evaluated on merit — not budget. We assess licensing, banking options, bonus terms, customer support, game selection and real player feedback before any rating is assigned.

Who Is Behind WagerFlame

My name is Tristan Spiteri. I’ve worked in the iGaming industry since 2018, focusing on CRM strategy, player acquisition and customer behaviour across regulated markets. I hold an MBA and have spent years on the operator side — which means I understand exactly how casinos and sportsbooks think, and what they prioritise over player experience.

That inside knowledge is what WagerFlame is built on.

I’m based in Malta — the regulatory heart of the global iGaming industry — which gives me direct access to operator intelligence, licensing updates and industry developments that affect Canadian players in real time.
